RETURN POLICY

Stated below are the itemized return policies of Love & Love Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced. 
Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand the return policies stated here.

 

1. CLAIMS – Goods must be counted upon receipt. We are not responsible for any goods altered from original delivered form. All claims or demands for defective merchandise must be made in writing by email to our Returns Department at   within 10 days of receipt.You must receive a RA number from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a RA#. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued.The buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping. For your protection, we strongly urge you to ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx to verify receipt of the return. It is your responsibility to ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent any damage during the shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any returned merchandise during transit.

 

2. RESTOCKING FEE - There is a 15% restocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging, returned without a RA#, or returned past the grace period. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any packages that are refused by the buyer.

 

3. WARRANTIES – Seller makes no warranty, expressed nor implied, of merchantability or of fitness of goods for any specific purpose unless expressly specified.
